Clause


I've always, since I heard about them, wanted to know more about clauses. Most of my knowledge about them was understanding that they were parts of a sentence. Independent clauses can stand on their own. Dependent clauses, however, need help. An independent clause can stand on it own because it carries a noun and a verb, and is not tied down by a subordinating conjunction.   1. So i did click the word here and boy o boy was i impressed with how crappy i am at clauses. Thanks for the help I believe i'll become better in clauses due to my reading I did.
